Mike’s career in pharmacy extends to both long-term care and retail providing an insight that many do not have. For more than 25 years, he has owned and operated Guardian SWFL. He also spent 17 years as the owner of two retail pharmacies. A graduate of University of Pittsburgh, Mike has been a resident of Charlotte County, Florida since 1984. Along with his wife, Donna, of 38 years, he is the proud parent of four children and grandparent to three.
An experienced healthcare leader with a background in LTC pharmacy operations, Jay received his Pharm.D. from the University of Illinois-Chicago. He combines technology-driven innovation with a passion for serving others. With diverse healthcare experience and a belief that simpler medication management leads to higher quality care, he strives to enhance the pharmacy experience for residents.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Anya began her career with Guardian Pharmacy in 2010 as a data entry technician. She has since served in multiple key areas in the pharmacy including fulfillment, account management, and as Director of Operations. Today, she uses her industry knowledge and pharmacy expertise in the role of Sales and Marketing Director to expand the Guardian footprint and continue the mission of delivering best-in-class pharmacy service across southwest Florida.

Matt joined Guardian Pharmacy in 2006. With more than 25 years of sales experience in the long-term care industry, he has a track record of expanding pharmacy service areas. Matt’s focus is to bring communities the highest quality of medication management and build lasting, trusted relationships.
Director of Finance and Administration
Pam joined the Guardian Pharmacy family in 2021. With a 25+ year background in finance, business operations and sales, she brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role in supporting the Southwest Florida pharmacy and their team members.
Sales and Account Manager
Rebecka has been with Guardian Pharmacy Southwest Florida for two years. Previously with Brookdale, she uses her experience in assisted living to help provide quality service throughout all of Guardian’s Southwest Florida communities.
